UK delivery - UK Tracked 48 — usually arrives in 2–3 working days. - UK Tracked 24 — usually arrives in 1–2 working days. - Free UK delivery on orders over the amount shown in your bag (when available).

Orders placed before [TO REVIEW: cut-off time, e.g. 12pm] Monday–Friday are usually sent the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or during a TikTok live are sent on the next working day.

Worldwide delivery We ship worldwide with a tracked service. Delivery usually takes 5–12 working days depending on the country.

Customs and import charges: orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duty or taxes by your country. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the customer. [TO REVIEW]

Collection When local collection is switched on, you can choose it at checkout and we'll WhatsApp you to arrange a time. [TO REVIEW: area / address shown after purchase]
